Highline offers a range of opportunities to those with formal trade qualifications, predominantly in light steel fabrication, rollforming, and heavy (structural) fabrication.

With an established presence in the supply and manufacture of domestic products, as well as the commercial building market, Highline can offer opportunities in a range of semi-skilled and unskilled fields in the factory environment (such as machine operators, bandsaw operators and factory hands).
Scope exists for employees to work across different fields within the factory environment, and entry-level employees with the right attributes may have the opportunity to progess through formal apprenticeship programs
Highline may offer entry-level training opportunities on a periodic basis, through nationally recognised apprenticeship and traineeship programs (at Certificate III and IV levels).
Apprentices and trainees receive a combination of workplace training and instruction, and formal off-the-job training.
